Epicentre, 300 South Tryon, The Entire Convention Center Exhibition Hall is below grade, along with a loading dock big enough for like 14 tractor trailers (why Stonewall frontage sucks), quite a few have at least one floor below grade. That said its EXTREMELY Expensive (. 50-60% more on average), and big portion of uptown's bedrock is granite and very close to the surface.

honeywell building's garage is totally inconspicuous.  The garage and people spaces are so integrated within the honeywell building as to give the appearance of a unified whole, architecturally and from the outside looking in. 

Doesn't appear to be the same level of integration at all with the Line, but there's more work to do so let's wait and see
