Drive by and this building is so long as compared to others uptown and I think the brick accents is a nice change and addition to uptowns mostly glass skyscrapers.

That facade looks great.  I’m curious to see what the covering over the openings will look like.   In the one photo, it almost looks like glass.

The remaining parcels of land in Legacy Union look really small on the schematic, but to walk past them they are huge.

Definitely is glass on the Facade.  Looks nice, I hope at least all of the bottom Facade gets glass.

Does anyone know why they left a gap between the building and the edge of the deck? Or if it will be obscured somehow once finished?

Materials will be hoisted up over there for months, why put up screening if there’s a chance of it being damaged

I take it back. The glass really finishes off the brick off nicely. I think this will look great once done.

there is 25k sq feet total in the parking deck

There is no Hill Street adjacent to that parking deck. Just the on ramp to 277.
