Yeah. This thing is going to go up quick. They already have a ton of fill on site and are going to be stockpiling pre-fab panels to start  going vertical immediately. It will be similar to the speed of Broadstone Lake House. Should be really cool to see the transformation of that area after so many years of vacant lots.

Maybe it just seems fast compared to MEC and VMC, who spend all their time putting out press releases instead of, you know, building stuff.

It's fast because it's pre-cast. Those panels likely came in on a flatbed already constructed and all they had to do is  place them with the crane and attach the braces to the foundations/deadman anchors. That is why FinFrock buildings go up so much faster than a lot of others, but the design looks a lot more 'basic' often.

That floor panel looks hollow aside from some truss bracing.

I wonder if there are openings on the top side to pump concrete into them.

Not sure I'd want to live in a high rise with hollow floors.

Dual deck system by frinfrock. Their website should have an explainer.

They come with two layers with a metal braces inside to keep them separate.  There is pre-installed plumbing between the layers.  The same system was used on Lake House at Ivanhoe.
