Beside changing it from hotel to 232 apartments they also added 16,000 sq feet of office, 5-level 280 car parking and increased height from 19 stories to 26.

ARB staff requested appearance changes re: the zig-zag and skyline element.

Figures those clowns would have a problem with the only interesting part of the design.

Look for yet another bland, milquetoast building with a roof gimmick.
