An excellent and ambitious surprise for this cold Jan. day. 
I am sure the developers are on top of the logistics....I hope they plan to enlarge Palmer and Lea and have access via Cannery Row..... will be crazy traffic if it comes to fruition.

As previously mentioned, yes. I believe too the announcement of Amazon made the timeline of the future towers beyond Tower 1 more expediate.

From the graphics shown of the master plan (which I’m told is actually older than one may think) it looks like the intention is to shift the pavement to a more pedestrianized paving with pavers and greenery. I would envision something like 4th ave between Omni and MCC just narrower and a more dense feeling.

At least it's tucked away where it won't mess up traffic while it's built.

Can you confirm or deny if there's anything planned for the lots at 6th/Demobreun and 5th/KVB?
