consider this the Before photo. Today.  I saw a Concorde contracting trailer on the lot closer to Hawkins but that may be for the Hawk.

I thought that too.  there is no room on that site for a construction trailer.

I love it other then the parking garage with blank walls on the back half of the site. I can forgive this as the design of the tower is great.

 

Should have been the type of design we got at music factory by AvidX

I think you see future towers on that block especially at West and Hawkins there so there will be some blockage.

and on another note I am sure the south Charlotte living CEO of Lowes will have an office in this tower.

The positive is that it just seems to be from that side and I gotta think that basically vacant lot at West and Hawkins won't be long for this world

I don't think it will look like that. On the other rendering, it looks very nice, albeit from the other angle.
