I have a bus stop a less than block away from my house in west charlotte. To get to this location it would take me 11 minutes in a car and 45 minutes taking public transportation according to google maps.

This thing is blocking my view of the BOA tower.  Looks like I will not be seeing the pyramid crown at all in several weeks.

that section is basically topped out, you will see just the tip.

this Southend skyline shot rivals most cities in NC and SC.  Looks as big as Columbia's for instance.   And we have our signature building the Lowes Tech tower.

Is this retail space large enough to fit an Apple store? I know recently it has been mentioned as a possibility.

Yes but not sure they may have gone away or looking elsewhere.  That corner spot would be large enough for an Apple store.

average apple store is around 9,500-10,000 square feet

The W in BNA is so similar to this building imo. I LOVE the design in SE. HATE the W hotel design...

Lowes tech tower standing tall in Southend.  Today.   Had some gigantic  pancakes at a nearby restaurant and had to walk all over Southend to walk them off.

Went hiking at Crowder's Mountain (King's Pinnacle) on Monday, and I could see this one rising up over South End!  From that vantage point, the skyline is really stretching out!

I don’t believe this is quite topped out. The decorative black steel bars will actually be elevated highest on the northeast side of the building, and those haven’t gone up yet.

 This top portion is already up at its highest peak.
