I don’t think so, as the metal decorative facade hasn’t been added yet. The steel decorative bars go beyond the top as you can see where I have circled. While we have a topping out of the roof- those decorative bars go higher then the roof on the northeast corner of the building- which have not been added yet. Until the decorative steel bars go all the way up, we won’t have an official “topped out”.

I get what you’re saying but it looks as if that is the decorative top because if you look on the back side, there is a top piece on that as well.

as the debate rages on whether this is topped out or not I will wait for CK to hoist the tree then I will know it is topped out.  Today from several angles.

As I was saying...this one wasn’t officially topped out. Metal bars continuing to rise on the northeast corner, now, almost topped out.

You’re being technical. My whole point was that it reached its full height since the other day but you’re talking about one piece that connected two pieces together though the height is still the same....but ok again.

Lol. Riigghhhtttt. The other day you were insisting that it had already reached its full height, even when I told you it hadn’t. But I guess that’s being technical. 
 

I felt vindicated today when the tower went higher as i said it would. And yes I came back here to remind you. I feel good. I can move on.

Don’t know the context of you saying “rrriiihhhggghhhttt” but my point still stands. It was at the very top when I said it topped out. And it was and still is. You talking about one piece that only connected two pieces...not understanding your point but once again. Ok.

You made a post LAST WEEK that’s said it, and I quote, “TOPPED OUT”-. When a building tops out, that means it has made it to the top. LAST WEEK, I sent you a picture and circled and explained to you that it still had a little more to go before it is topped out.  I don’t understand how you can still argue this?  Yet, you argued it. After i clearly circled it for you. I was right, it hadn’t reached its highest point- which is what I told you last week. Today it officially topped out. How does your point from last week stand, if you were incorrect? Not only did I post a picture today that showed it being higher in the northeast corner than last week(which is what I specifically told you it would do last week)  but someone also posted an article of it officially topping out today. The context of “riiigghhhhhhhtttt” is because you are still trying to argue it. You could have easily just said last week, “oh, you’re right”, it’s not quite there yet. But of course you are not. 

And yes I was being technical. I was technically correct.
