I still think Lowes should take one of the smallest retail spaces and set up computers and have someone in there to help people  to shop Lowes.com and show the breadth of products that have online ( alot more than in the stores) and sell services.  Did you know we can install this?

If people don't know how to shop Lowes.com without coming in for help, they've completely failed on usability and design for an online merchant and should start over.

I was thinking they should test an urban format there that caters to apartment dwellers.... something that could lead to a national rollout for urban environments.  2-3k sq ft stores.

Basically like a showroom which many online retailers now have as brick and mortar locations.  Not many if any products but displays and yes lots of computers to ease shopping and shipping.  Basically like what Nordstrom is doing  with their Nordstrom Local stores. 3 of which are in LA.   Why with your entire technology division in the building above not  try some new things.   Sort of like Krispy Kreme with their doughnut automated dispensing machine.   Just trying to think outside the box.

At one point there was talk of the lobby having some sort of shopping/try out tools experience/new product showcase space, but it's been months since I was working on the project so I don't know if that's still in the plans.

That little sign is idiotic.  Some dumb ass thought would look best centered over the window also.  Should be eliminated entirely, but if not screw the centering and push it over to the right corner .

Even my nieces commented on how small the Lowes sign was from the south.  Not sure I understand why it would not be as big as the other 2 sides because in the future there will be plenty of high rises south of the Lowes tower.  Today.

Sometimes, things are just bigger in the front and smaller in the back. Not everything can be Truist, which is just big all around. LOL

Children's Klein has put this on the market.  Their pricing "expectation" is $936/sf!!!  That would shatter previous records by about 50%.

The reason for the premium is Lowe's is putting an additional $150mm in to customize the space and have signed a 15 year lease and are paying 100% of building operating expenses.  Lowe's is rated BBB+ and there is huge national demand for long term corporate tenants in Class A buildings.
