At least they are planning a future commercial/retail phase in front facing Broad Street.

If this remains true, then that would be great, although maximizing the potential of the space along Broad will be difficult via a detached/stand-alone development.

Considering how successful their other projects have been, I wish they would have gone to a 50-60 unit project and taken the building all the way to Broad with the lowest level on Broad being office condominiums.   These will be walking distance to the only grocer in the core. Seems like they would sell pretty easily.

This project appears to be on hold. No movement in a long time. I still expect it to get built though.

I’m hearing they’re waiting to complete construction on Markley Place before starting work on this:
