Has anyone seen active construction on this project in a while? Their initial steel supply chain issues caused a delay for a while early on, but things seem to be VERY slow right now. The type of construction that they're using is known for being fairly quick to put together (relatively).

There were construction workers on site when I took my drone shots last week as well as this morning.

Wow that is strange so I guess its dead! That will be sn eyesore.

A stall at this point in the project typically screams some issue with the foundation...

Something is definitely wrong. No way they were done using the crane already. How would they would get the steel, glass, etc to the upper floors? Maybe there is an issue with the tower crane itself and it needs to be replaced???

Clearly the Gateway site isn’t big enough to hold all of the tombstones for my development graveyard so they found me a second site for future expansion.

Ahem. Like I said, it’s been a quiet site for a long while. 
 

This is giving me flashbacks of the Peacock. Soon, we will have a second version of the awful 98 East McBee.

Yep. It started for awhile then just stopped one day and we had a un unfinished skeleton sitting around.

Does this mean the Pinnacle on Main isn’t going to happen?

Drove by a few minutes ago and saw construction workers on site. I am beyond confused. Drone pics I just took where you can clearly see workers on site:

It could be it's not needed to finish construction.  There is no "Steel" superstructure it would appear.  The stair and elevator shaft is completed.  It'll be metal studs and trusses to finish the rest.  No need for a crane.

Happy to say that they've FINALLY erected the first components of the second floor framing. Hopefully they've resolved whatever issue (supply chain, plan issues, etc?) the future floors will go more quickly.

No it wasn't. It hasn't changed. It is essentially identical to Markley Place. Same layout as that and same number of units.  The  only difference is the parking is underneath the building to take advantage of the sloping topography.
