The back side of the parking pedestal facing McDonald’s is flat, but after the 11th floor it goes into the V shape. These are from page 11 of the thread.

Thanks for sharing that drawing which I’ve never seen before. That’s the McDonald’s side, which could be developed with a high rise in the future ... iirc a porte cochere at street level.

My thoughts too. The McDonalds lot will some day be developed into a high-rise and the garage will be hidden from view. That side will be a fire wall.

Not to beat a dead horse, but good god that parking garage is gigantic... what is it like a one to one parking spot to office ratio in that building?

The big pillars signal the beginning of the office floors.  Notice that the one on the far left has elbows.  That will be the top of the garage on the east side.  This tower is going to be imposing from the interstate.

I think that it's going to look more pronounced as it gets higher.  If you look at those little V shaped bits of protruding concrete you'll notice that they get a bit bigger as they add new floors and by the time it gets to the top I think it's going to look very much like the renders we've seen.

Also, once the glass starts getting installed the light will reflect at different angles which will highlight them more significantly.

This is the right answer I think, the angular portions of the building taper down into the bottom so they will only get bigger and bigger as the building rises.

Nice!  And if that crown lights up like that, it will really add to the skyline.
