I wonder if the unidentified anchor tenant is a relocation from inside or outside the metro area.

The article says delivery Q2 2022, which actually may be pretty good timing for them. Hopefully pulled out of a recession by then and also likely not to be as much inventory coming online then as the environment will certainly slow down some other projects.

Exactly. If you feel as though the recession will be over in a year and a half/two years now is the time to build. Construction costs should fall due to reduced demand.
