The fencing is now blocking the right hand lane of Broadway, so it looks as if it is a start and I have heard from two different sources it is about to go full  scale and these are almost  as close as you can get.

They will spot drill every column location to ensure the actual bearing of the rock and where it is. That removes most of the unknown contingency for the foundation work.

Thinking the anchor may be a bank...but not sure yet which one.  Also...not sure if this one will really start until the virus stuff slows down a little.  Guess we'll see.

The article says delivery Q2 2022, which actually may be pretty good timing for them. Hopefully pulled out of a recession by then and also likely not to be as much inventory coming online then as the environment will certainly slow down some other projects.

Exactly. If you feel as though the recession will be over in a year and a half/two years now is the time to build. Construction costs should fall due to reduced demand.
