This has a massive footprint. Its another one of those developments that could be a 25-30 story building if the developers were using  smaller footprint. In this case, a tall buildings may not fit in, but the potential was there.

If this is current, I'm quite happy to see that they've taken out that dramatic angular fin.

One of the things that I appreciate about these projects with huge footprints is how it adds brand new landscaped sidewalks that cover an entire city block. In some of the areas sidewalks weren't even there before the project.  Our walkability in the city has improved a lot lately.

I kinda liked that. Gave it something a little unique and broke up the boxiness. This version looks more boxy and prosaic.

This is the same group that has the 245 E. Broad proposal so maybe there is something to the new proposal.

The Medical building will be moved between June 3rd and June 17th.  It will move 54' over that two week period.

The medical building has been moved from it's original spot and it's now sitting on top of it's new location.

There's a lot of utility lines  in this area that would benefit from being moved underground. The second photo really shows how much has been built and changed in the West End over the past couple of years.

Looks like they've reduced the height by two floors, based on the renderings a few posts earlier on this thread.

Nothing has been changed in regards to height or floor count. It’s the same as it’s always been. The next floor is going up right now. You can even see the elevator shafts going up for the additional floors in my latest drone pics also. Don’t want Apaladin having a seizure or worse. Lol.
