King William SoFlo Southtown South of Downtown

Lots going on in this area new apartments near the Mission portion of the Riverwalk.   New apartment complexes going up all over and new infill housing by David Weekley.  Today.  Plus a couple of King William homes.   This area is rapidly developing.

Here are the Agave apartments recently built on the site of the old Univision station.  Located between downtown and King William.

south of downtown is booming with new infill townhomes and apartment complexes.  The big Lone Star brewery project does seem stalled though.  

King William neighborhood looks as good as ever.   New apartments along South Flores St.  near the HEB headquarters.
