This is why I'm so excited for Alcove. I think it'll be successful (though not in a crazy paradigm-shifting way), and likely to be replicated a couple more times in the downtown core over the next decade. It's good to have options - whether that's reliable & frequent transit, protected bike lanes, or a place to park the car that 95.8% of households in Nashville have.
