I am still not quite sure which building this is, but I think I know. I found the image over the weekend and Jim Irwin got back to WW promptly yesterday.

My guess is that this building is just to the west of the main structure and just to the south of Monroe street where the big hole is being dug.

I love the architecture for the new buildings.  It really works with this location and the existing Neuhoff structures being renovated.

Is the city planning any improvements to the greenway in conjunction with this project? Seems like this project could be an incredible new anchor that could draw a significant amount of foot/bike traffic onto the greenway, except it's so run-down and unpleasant right now... Holding out hope the developer is going to try to get some improvements to get more of an ATL/beltline vibe...

Two more major permits have been granted for JE Dunn to start work on the two residential towers:

1)  $54.5 million for 11 story, 349 units at 1315 Adams St.

2) $90.8 million for 10 story, 195 units at 1319 Adams St.

Is the price tag of the 1319 building greater because it includes the parking garage or is it going to just be a nicer building? It’s shorter and has fewer units but 35 million dollars more than the other residential building.
