The 10 story residential tower at Nashville Warehouse Company has been issued at $35.04 million permit for construction to get underway. The document notates 275 apartment units, as opposed to 305 on previous iterations.  Hartshorn Plunkard is still the architect; Water Design is in charge of landscape architecture; and Hardaway Construction will be the contractor.  No word on projected completion date.

The residential component is not expected to be Timber as far as I know, only the office component. Plus I don't believe Hardaway does not have the specialty trade connections/experience to pull off a Timber project.

While talking about the office component, the fifth floor offices will have an awesome, unimpedable view of downtown for some time to come (protected due to setback of resi building and height of garage). New Heights will probably cut this off eventually.

AJ Capital Partners announce 3 new tenants in the Nashville Warehouse office building: Matter Health, Hero Doughnuts& Buns, and RevSpring Software have taken a combined 25,000 sq. ft., bringing the total up to 150,000 out of the 200,000 available fully leased now.

This one may come together quickly because they've already built the parking garage next to it and done much of the infrastructure work in earlier phases of the project.

A bit more detail on the RevSprings lease signing for the office structure: They will occupy 9,000 sq. ft. and employ 80 people. This will now be the new national HQ for the company with 800 employees nationwide that was formerly based in Detroit.
