The drone was warm yesterday. I tried to match the angles as much as I could for the aerials.

That is a large piece of land, the apartments facing the city, overlooking the Nashville City Cemetery are going to have ridiculous views of downtown.

Great photos Paul.  Drones sure have improved the scope of photography on this forum.  I hope this super development will spur the demolition of the long stretch of junky commercial establishments between 3rd & 4th Avenue S.  Converting this area to further residential use would be a big improvement for the existing small residences on 3rd and 2nd Ave. S., many of which have been restored.   New  3 or 4 story housing on 4th would have a terrific view of the old Nashville cemetery and maybe it would then feel safe to walk down the sidewalk by the cemetery at night.

Is there a builder website for this project? Also, what are the plans on this going on pre-sale?

Do you mean a project website? If so, not yet.

Welcome to the forum Vishal. If that is not what you mean, please feel free to ask more questions here. We always try to help if we can.

Thank you.

So, how do we know when the project is launched or possibly get into the pre sales time?

You can be sure someone on the forum will post the latest news here first as we search every little item out. Besides some of us are in the news media and we are looking for info as well.

One thing you can do is to search on AJ Capital website and they will eventually have contact info. for this project.

You know what, looking at this now, the old sounds scoreboard was in the back left corner by that tan storage container and it's gone. Hopefully it just got moved somewhere else for safe keeping.

I'm sure that's the case.  There is still a lot of asphalt that needs to be ripped and removed, plus they have to relocate that water tower to the NW corner of the site.  They probably didn't want the scoreboard to get damaged with all the heavy equipment moving around. Additionally, they may be starting to rework some of the guts of the scoreboard for the new displays, etc.
