A permit has been applied for to start work on prepping the site.  A 2nd quarter 2020 start for actual construction is the goal. for the 2 acre plot.

This appears to actually be foundation pile drilling. They  are probably drilling and then casting concrete piles. Rather than using precast and pile driving them down. I think the Ausrion HQ building used this technique as well.

Glad to see this development moving forward.   I know some aren't crazy about the design or the height, but considering what this area used to look like I think it will be an improvement.  Photos courtesy of Aerial Innovations.

No doubt about it, but then again, a dirt lot is a pretty low bar to hurdle.  Haha

Isnt part of this development on the former Myers Flooring site?  There was a sliver of land between it and the railroad, and it was littered with bottles, needles and other trash.   Kudos to them for building this.

All good.....that building has been razed for awhile now.   I probably should have lumped those last photos in with the aerials.
