Roxbury Group announced the Hotel Bonstelle by West Elm the other day:

This one has been in development for a few years, now, but they've finally nailed down a site.  It will include a 12-story, 154-room tower next door to the Bonstelle Theater, which WSU is vacating.  It will be renovated an incorporated into the development, but how so has not yet been specified.  A class conservatory will link the two.
