True, but headlines like this don't help the already damaged perception of CTC.  I'll give it to Moxy though for betting on a potential gold mine of an area, however, this place needs that proposed revamp asap.

The people that would perceive that would never go to the transit center or use it anyway. They certainly aren't the people who would develop around it.

It's also a PR challenge in that CATS security has a very fine line of control. Once you're over the property lines in the ROW, only CMPD can enforce laws. CATS security can't do anything to clear loitering on the public sidewalks, etc.

Charlotte has so many projects going I might have to hire an executive assistant to inform me and keep  me abreast.  Now Hiring and future one man or woman office available once CK is done with a certain mobile office.
