My dad owns a unit at the GranDevine, right behind this. Hoping these new ones will continue to boost his property value!

Gotta say that the density is nice to see. The street level is a bit lacking though. That section of Devine Street has so much potential.

As a lifelong Columbian, that stretch of Devine (essentially demarcating the Shandon and Old Shandon neighborhoods) is one of my favorite parts of town. It has galleries, restaurants, churches, bars, and is close to downtown offices and other districts like the Vista and Five Points, while being far enough to retain its distinct upscale and family friendly vibe.
