Another cool renovation project steps from what the developer calls “a great outdoor park”, one of the best in SC....also known as the statehouse.    Love seeing old buildings being renovated with a lot of space thought.

Not sure what “space thought” is, the last sentence should be “Love seeing old buildings being re-developed with a lot of thought about the building’s history”.

This is a good trend happening in Cola.

Their work is nice, especially the law school and new USC Village.  I really appreciate the group president’s comments about downtown a Cola.  This project does begin to stretch away from Main and Assembly.  And, the older buildings are great, can’t wait to see these finished. I think another rehab project was also completed in this block.....1321 Lofts?
