The new Rowan County warehouse logistics park will attract jobs for sure. 

Here is another big box warehouse proposed for Cabarrus County  755K sq ft with 40 foot ceilings.  10 years ago 25-28 foot ceilings were common then it went to 30-32 now new buildings are being built with 40 foot ceilings.  That is huge volume buildings stacked the ceiling literally.
