Groundbreaking today for the construction of Kannapolis's newest downtown complex, 200  South Main.  Amazing on 80% of the Vida 1 which is the largest of the two has already been leased.  I think there is a pent up demand for this type of housing in the Kannapolis market.

Aerial view of the oldest high school in Rowan County.  A brief history of the school which was one of the first public high schools in NC; it was founded in 1904 with the main building constructed in 1926 with a renaming to Boyden High School.  In 1971, Boyden High and JC Price High merged to form the current Salisbury High.  It was actually the sole high school in the Salisbury City School system until it's merger with the Rowan County Schools in 1990.  It is one of 7 high schools Rowan County.
