Great story on the Rowan County town of East Spencer.  This town has had a a difficult time over the years in attracting business and residents to the town.  It is great to see that people are willing to make personal investments to improve in this community.

Follow up article to @KJHburg's posting in the Economic Expansion forum of this new project coming to Concord.  Apparently it is a relocation from Michigan and production should start in the Spring of next year.

Glad to see these small residential rehabs especially in historic downtowns like Salisbury.  This particular building was constructed in the late 1890's.
