KJHburg 67970 Report post Posted November 13, 2020 Cabarrus County warehouse market is HOT including a new 450,000 sq ft warehouse at the Cabarrus Airport Business Park building be leased evidently by Walmart since I saw multiple walmart trucks there. Amazon has 3 warehouses in Cabarrus now and Meck has 4 including the latest one just announced. All local warehouses are in those 2 counties. Pictured is the newest Cabarrus county Amazon delivery station on Goodman Rd.
