  Definitely a strong resemblance/similarity between them, the windows especially.  Keep waiting for the standard vertical blinds to be installed in all units.  Of course, Aspire has a few more bells and whistles with its balconies and "bay" windows. And in its defense, it doesn't show its BARE A$$ (garage) to the expressway behind it. 

Both buildings look like the "best" of Stalinist housing.

It actually doesn't look that terrible. I wish there was more grey...the white seems a bit unfinished. But all in all, it's not terrible in general. Just a bit uninspired and truly urban "dated" sort of style. 

On a much more positive note, it's great infill/density in that area of the Gulch. Much more will be built there by it, for sure.

Too bad Haven couldn’t have used a similar paint scheme.
