That seems to be the norm concerning projects like this....

Tishman Speyer just broke ground on a 58 story mixed use in Austin. It’s a collaboration with Ryan Companies, so it’s possible that they could team up with others for this Nashville project. Wouldn’t be surprised if they take some clues from the MAG concept above, it does fit and look awesome in that location. Even if not Tishman has a solid reputation and if they are still involved, we can hold out some hope that it will be a cool project.

Andrew Lohrfink was promoted to managing director at mega real estate firm Tishman Speyer and will oversee acquisitions and developments in Nashville and Atlanta, according to a LinkedIn post.
