It’s the same site. The parcel for 133 KVB covers the north half of the block between Peabody/2nd/KVB/1st

I know a lot more than I did, unfortunately I can’t share. There are a lot what if’s and Maybes playing out right now and I know the some of the players. BIG TIME!

It could be rather exciting if it plays out, but I will just keep my fingers crossed. If I can get confirmation from another source to keep this source out of trouble then I can share.

And after adding the mandarin, might as well add a Shangri La to up our international status even more.  Stayed at the Makati (Manila) location some years back for work.

Taylor found some good info, but with that, I found some better info, so its always a team effort. We now think we know the uses of the tower, one of the tenants, the height.

This is a lot more than we did last week.

Thanks for the support guys and Taylor does a lot behind the scenes. More than you know. I think everything you saw on SSP is very accurate as far as I can tell and Tishman Speyer is VERY involved up to their nose hairs and this is going somewhere, BuT there are some variables that have too be taken into account and this is not a done deal. From what I saw they are getting very serious after last week.

I do know TS wants to be in Nashville and Austin and I can tell you the name of the person in charge of new business and acquisitions for Atlanta & Nashville, where he went to college and a lot about him.

All this talk has got me fired up! I really loved the design of the original proposal for this site, but I feel like what was lost will be made up for big time. The company, the location, the scale, everything seems really strong and I can’t wait to see what happens.

Some new details from William Willliams at The Post:

- Four filings have been made by Tishman Speyer with the Tennessee Secretary of State.  They notate two limited partnerships, and two corporations.

- The future building could be offering residential units based on some language in the filings.
