Here is the country by country list courtesy of http://andrewcarnegie.tripod.com/cfl.html:

United States of America *** 1,681 *** $ 41,233,853.47

Canada *** 125 *** $ 2,556,660

United Kingdom and Ireland *** 660 *** $ 11,849,457.50

New Zealand *** 17 *** $ 194,460

South Africa *** 12 *** $ 139,000

West Indies *** 5 *** $ 66,500

Australia and Tasmania *** 4 *** $ 70,000

Seychelles *** 1 *** $ 10,000

Mauritius *** 1 *** $ 9,000

Fiji *** 1 *** $ 7,500

keep in mind that those are circa 1900 dollars for instance the Fiji donation was closer to $160,000 then $7,500, also building costs were much much less (you didn't have to pay permits, environmental studies, inflated insurance, etc.). A house at that time cost around 3,000 to 5,000 dollars while 5cents could buy you a sandwich.
