Look at those covered sidewalks. see what is possible Nashville developers!

(I realize they are probably only doing this because of self-interest,  this is located in between their Antique Mall building and the Vorhees....)

Such a easy thing for these developers to do! , it should always be required.

Yep, 100% agreed. This is exactly what's happening. 

Nashville, being a huge entertainment mecca for music, draws in not only big money and big celebrities, but also brands that want to be in the city of Nashville, close to "where all the action/trends/creativity/power" is. 

Nashville draws attention from much bigger city brands, like New York, LA, San Francisco and Chicago. 

This is definitely what puts it ahead of many cities its size - and even bigger - in the US.
