I'd love development there if it can incorporate some of the existing businesses well. Places like Arnold's and Rudy's are important to Nashville's cultural identity.

I agree.  Of course, they don’t have to remain in those buildings.  Even though Arnolds has been in that area for decades…they’re in a different building.  Definitely don’t want either of them to close down or have to move out of the area.
