It's actually listed in the docs as 359 feet.  Really great for that area.

Tower 2 of Paseo South Gulch will now be 30 stories, 359’, 183 room hotel  on 14 floors (unknown brand), 112 condos, 4,400 sq. ft. of retail, and 5 levels of underground parking with unknown capacity.  ESa and Manuel Zeitlin are still the architects. 

Somera Road will be seeking 5 stories of entitled transfer height from the former Antique Mall and 5 more stories of transfer height from Voorhees Building to be applied to this new structure This would increase size from 20 stories of previous iteration to the request for 30 now.

Somera Road also owns the lots fronting Division Street. With the increase in density of Tower 2, that leads me to believe that they are planning to build something big fronting Division.

Yes, I'm very anxious to see what they're planning there.  I'm guessing it'll be another year or two before we hear much on that.

If my understanding of the situation is correct, Haven was built to the letter of the law for "by rights" zoning, so there was never anything for the city to approve/reject.

We're really just using "box" to describe literally any building design at this point, aren't we? Also, just to reiterate a point that should be remembered- the overwhelming majority of buildings in all cities are boxes.

This one really makes me think Nashville is getting it's 2020s version of the Aqua in Chicago. Stunning design. Love it.

These types of projects are just the best. My personal favorites. Take something historic; preserve it, restore it, do some adaptive reuse, then fill in the gaps with ultra modern towers. The contrast is so aggressive that it's somehow perfectly balanced.

Is Barista Parlor moving into the  Vorhees building? That last render the signage and paint scheme look like a Barista Parlor. I know their location on Magazine St across 8th was just sold and heard nothing on plans for that property. Is this an easter egg?
