This is such a strong, sleek and modern looking building. I really like the aesthetic. 

I think it would've succeeded in being just as awe-inspiring had it been about 600 feet high. :)

Nah. Those thermal break products cost a fortune and aren’t readily available due to supply chain.

That's great news! Is downtown Nashville moving to underground utilities? 

We have them in my area of Brooklyn, and wow oh wow what a difference. Aesthetically super pleasing.

Safer during storms and the power rarely ever goes out too!

It’s super expensive but can be necessary as it is in this case. There are OSHA standards that require certain distances away from any obstruction to allow workers access to the power lines. Don’t like what that does to your building? Pay to bury the lines then.
