Tower Crane really coming together. Also never realized on the ground truly how much property NES has compared to a lot of projects happening around the city. Have a photo below that’s shows perspective some what.

I still say the NES property would be a good place for Metro to put affordable vertical housing fronting Church.

Is NES relocation a possibility? It's prime real estate but I assumed it would be a huge undertaking for them to move

I'd expect a public-private partnership to put housing over garages in current parking lot space before I'd expect relocation.

No, there is still plenty of parking lot left. The substation was not even on Church as it was way down 11th and such a big NES disappointment anyway. There is a big missing tooth where a building could go with a large garage underneath, besides all of those large service trucks have no business being parked there anyway.
