The 356 is correct as that is my mistake and will be corrected soon. Researching, reading, and now doing some of the articles can be a little challenging. Mistakes are easily made.

Thanks Don, 

I am now trying my hand at a few articles to help WW out, so I will be making a few boo boos here and there.  I delve into the underbelly of Metro docs now and still miss stuff.

Thanks to a number  of you guys on the forum, you are keeping me on my toes and also feeding the beast so to speak. I miss some of the permits applied for and Webber Thomas  and donwtownresident CMA and post stuff here or PM me so I can stay on top of things.

I spend a lot more time than I ever get paid for, but it is because I love to do what I do. I am so thankful that Mark, Bob, & Daniel are here to keep things in hand. I think I posted a while back that in the dark days of the recession there were just a few of us on the board and we kept this baby on life support while many other UP pages just died and they have not come back to life.

If I thanked everyone that contributes on the board, I would have to thank almost everyone because you guys contribute on so many different areas. A shout out to Pete  & Randy with their knowledge of Nashville and all the folks that contribute the professional quality photos.

That sure is a skinny lot.  I love that developers see something like this and think of a way to insert a cool structure.  Hope Tony has a live cam for us to watch this grow.

That is the pit for the garage that will go under the AEG entertainment complex and MGM hotel. Probably will include two midrise buildings that will front 9th Avenue.

Titanhog is referring to the fenced off lot above the pit. That is the location of 801 Church.

Alcove and Prime will add heft, height, and massing to the CBD.  Nice to see proposals as exciting and different as these actually get approved and underway.

Hmmmmm... is Mr. Giarratana (who demolished the old Tennessee Theatre and Sudekum Building) going to trust that old masonry wall to NOT collapse into his shiny new building.  My chiding of Mr. G. is only partly in jest.
