That is a good possibility.

That is a good possibility.

I saw it at one point, but can’t seem to locate the grading permit any longer.

So this is the lot where the rehabbed building that had the green banner wrapped around the roof is located.

Does the permit let us know which development  they’re actually getting ready to start first?  900 or 801?

That is odd that the Sonder Hotel is the lot that is on the pemit. I wonder if it is actually supposed to be for the Ben West Library lot and Google maps is just off.

A quick look at the parcel viewer even has 814 as the Sonder, so that is very odd. They must  be just leasing space within the building as the permit does say building rehab.
