Ahh, interesting! That makes sense then. His buildings mostly don't have the parking element built in. Will the YMCA tower have parking at the base? I imagine it may already be there in a less desirable form, with the YMCA building. Thinking they'll totally repurpose or redevelop that.

This tower is going up so fast--love the design of it. 

Giarratana's tower across the street will look great too. I imagine that one should see steel rising by summer? Will be nice to compliment each other. 

Then, when the 750 ft YMCA Tower is built, that whole district will go from lower rise somewhat dense, to high rise/skyscraper dense.
