Ahh, interesting! That makes sense then. His buildings mostly don't have the parking element built in. Will the YMCA tower have parking at the base? I imagine it may already be there in a less desirable form, with the YMCA building. Thinking they'll totally repurpose or redevelop that.

1010 Church will have an above and below ground(at least, below Church Street) parking garage.

From today at lunch. Starting to see good progress on the cladding. We are starting to see some definition of the front and back "boxes", but it has a few more floors before we see the first "stacked" shift I believe.

We can see the first carve in amenity area in this photo.

That's one of things I like most about this tower.  Regardless of how one feels about the stacked box look, it will be a wholly new and different aesthetic for the skyline.  I'm a big fan of that fact.  IMO visual variety adds to the overall appeal of a skyline, and that's variety in both height and style.

This tower is going up so fast--love the design of it. 

Giarratana's tower across the street will look great too. I imagine that one should see steel rising by summer? Will be nice to compliment each other. 

Then, when the 750 ft YMCA Tower is built, that whole district will go from lower rise somewhat dense, to high rise/skyscraper dense.
