Giarratana's tower across the street will look great too. I imagine that one should see steel rising by summer? Will be nice to compliment each other. 

Then, when the 750 ft YMCA Tower is built, that whole district will go from lower rise somewhat dense, to high rise/skyscraper dense.

Wow-super fast !! 

Nashville is one of a very small handful of cities that has a skyline that changes every month, practically.

Austin is the other city. And projects here in NYC go up swiftly as well, along with LA, maybe San Fran too, Seattle.

Incredible to be alive right now  to watch  Nashville's evolution into a much larger city, happening real time.

This one is going to lap so many other buildings in construction around it, it's wild! Not to mention it's on a very small site surrounded by roads and the design is unconventional. I'm very impressed so far.

That first picture is so cool with the white, blue and red.

Seeing Amazon 2 behind it makes you wonder if this tower could catch up to Amazon 2.

Amazon 2 is just starting  glass on the 1st level, whereas this one is starting on the 8th. 

It appears the floor plates are smaller than on A2, so they may go up faster.

I was at Ft. Leonard Wood in the spring of 1969.  Seemed like a vacation between basic at Ft. Dix and Infantry OCS at Benning.  Thank you for your service.

This tower is rising so fast--just unbelievable. At this pace, it should be topped out by what, June?

I imagine the sister tower across the street should start seeing steel rising up within the next month, too....

I hope the YMCA 750 footer goes up just as similarly quick.
