You get no arguments from me or anyone on this board. I think we were all complaining about this. I think it is time for Alliance to take a hike to the burbs and stay there. They need to stay out of Urban Nashville as they have no idea what they are doing. I think the price point will now keep them out any way.

Hopefully this one will the way of 11 North in ten or so years and get demolished and something more worthwhile built in its place.

A lot of the stuff Tri-Bridge built is crap along with a few others.

Metro Planning really needs to step up its game.

Broadstone SoBro has sold for $78.5 million, which works out to $335,398 per unit. Alliance Residential Co., one of the city’s most active apartment developers, completed the eight-story building last year. The complex was more than 90% occupied at the time of sale. And Asset Management is the new owner.
