I'll be interested to see how they plan to keep the existing façade. I worry that they'll apply some faux historicism to fit the era/narrative of Charleston that the City/developers/residents like to promote. Quotes like this worry me, but I'll remain hopeful:

The designs will “celebrate the brick and ironwork of the city,” Richter said.
