Here's another one that popped that could be over 500' to mechanical when the elevations are released.  Right now we have a massing that shows the roof height as 498'.  It's a 41-story apartment tower that incorporates a warehouse into the podium.  The renderings are fuzzy because they are screen captures from Monday's Historic Landmark Commission meeting.  The project has the same developer and architect as the 514' Hanover Republic Square residential tower.

The Historic Landmark Commission votes on the Demo permit at their 01/27 meeting.  Financing projects doesn't seem to be an issue with this developer, and this is their fourth (I think) downtown Austin residential high-rise.

This one is moving right along.  The site plan was filed a couple days ago.

This one gained some height and is the 21st project in the pipeline (pre-virus) that is more than 500'.  The elevations were released on a City utilities website.
