One of my favorite things about downtown Jacksonville is its history! I love seeing the evolution of Hemming Plaza, from a croquet field to a farmers market, complete with a Skyway station. And all the while, the St. James stayed there, keeping an old watchful eye on the changes around it. Oh, sweet history!
