I like the TH exteriors but the site plan needs work.

I really wish they were creating more of a neighborhood commercial hub, building off of that existing building. I agree that the site plan could use some help. More neighborhood hubs need to be master planned  across the city and prevent developments like this from limiting these sites' future potential.
