What is the status of the Rhett Street streetscape project? It would be nice to do along with all these developments.  I'd also like to see some more retail sprinkled in which appears to be included with this hotel and The McClaren.

Hearing that a new design is in the works, including a potential additional use.

I'm rather intrigued by this. I assume it must be residential (?). I hope it is within the same language as the previous design, as I thought that was rather fitting for the West End.

It is residential condos. Of course, until it is submitted for approval, don't bet the farm on it.

Great -- the condo market downtown right now seems quite hot. Unless the market gets flooded, it seems to bode well for the conference center residential tower to actually happen.

Not much different going off the new renderings I have received. Just taller with pretty much all glass on the top two floors. The rooftop amenities appear to still be there. Eight floors in the front along Markley and nine in the back along Rhett. The brick and windows on the lower floors is still there and the same for the most part. Glass balconies on the corner of Main and Markley have been added.
