I have never seen a hotel website list a city under the future openings if it was not planned to happen soon. Maybe the rest of the project is delayed or dead, but the hotel portion looks to be live.

It would be unlikely to have a website for the condos at this point. They haven't even broken ground and with construction inflation being what it is, it would not be smart to fix price points this early. Getting presales is not likely to be required anyway because it is not the primary use of the building.  We saw a long, long delay with the Merrill project just across the tracks but it is underway now.

There was definitely half a dozen guys with hard hats on walking around the site this morning. Probably just some preliminary site work.

Thanks. Maybe next week then. Hopefully it wasn’t Greenville Water just checking a pipeline.
