Each of the developments will put in the required street trees and designer street lighting, but those power lines are here to stay!

I walk by this building every day… it seems to be taking an extraordinarily long time to complete the exterior.

Between the sidewalk closure here and at the Albion, walking along Division is a mess of switching back and forth which side of the street is open.

Agreed. I do a downtown 6 mile loop weekly and dread the Division St segment. Also, my easy bike access to Percy Priest from Germantown has been stymied by two deeply annoying road closures: 2nd Ave between the Jefferson St bridge and the CSX crossing, and the closure of 1st Ave N for the homeless hotel. Now I have to ride down nasty and busy 3rd Ave.

NES has had a huge backlog of meters, throughout the city. It has delayed some items for everyone.

Solidcore  fitness studio will be opening a location of unknown size in the south side of the Modera Gulch (810 Division St.) in mid-summer.

It will join infrared sauna and float therapy service provider Pure Sweat Studios,  fitness brand P.volve, restaurant High Street Wine and a taproom, and craft beer business Hi-Wire Brewing as other street level tenants.

Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC, has a page for their coming location in Nashville.  The "Opening May 2023" date is a little off.  This and Marble Fox Brewing gives us two new craft breweries opening in the neighborhood in the next few months.
