Even before the collapse, his transit expansion was going to be a joke in my opinion. Glorified extended bus routes and bike lanes.

Oh I'm with ya there, that's definitely a valid critique... not a promise he should have made by any means.

Metro Nashville has low property tax rates compared to most other peer cities. The property taxes should have been raised years ago.
